Sensible Web. For email addresses provided by your ISP, please contact
them for help.

If you can browse the Internet and have not altered any of your email
settings the most likely cause is a rogue coded (can be accidental)
email in your Inbox on the email server.
This is simple to solve, by viewing or even sending emails via your
browser:
1. Visit the following web address:
http://webmail.sensibleweb.co.uk
Choose: Webmail
2. Enter your email username (e.g
yourprefix@yourdomain.co.uk
) and Password.
3. Your email Inbox will appear in your browser.
4. Read your emails and tick the Delete box on all those
you do not want to keep.
5. You will be asked for confirmation to delete - choose
Delete.
6. Log Out from your account.
You should now be able to download your emails normally, if not repeat
the browser viewing process until you have deleted all emails in the
Inbox.
