IMPORTANT- Please use the settings sent to you by
email which are personal to you.
The pictures below use general settings for servers and email addresses
.1. Open Outlook 2000, XP or 2003.
2. From the Tools menu, choose Email Accounts.
3. Select Add a new e-mail account.
4. Click the Next button.
5. Select POP3.
6. Click the Next button
7. In the Your Name field, type your name.
8. In the E-mail address field, type your email address.
9. In the Incoming mail server (POP3) field, type
pop3.inetc.net
10. In the Outgoing mail
(SMTP) server field, type smtp3.inetc.net
11. In the Username field,
type your email address.
12. In the Password field,
type your password. Passwords are case sensitive.
13. Click the Next button.
More settings
As we use SMTP Authentication to prevent SPAM you will now need to do
the following:
14. Click on More settings
15. Go to the Outgoing Server tab and tick the 'My
outgoing server (SMTP) requires Authentication.
16. Click OK, then Next and Finish.
17. Click the Finish
button.
